Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It explains how Pro renews, how to cancel, and when you get money back. Questions or refund requests go to info@agentivx.ai. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
Pro ($49 per month)
How it renews
Pro is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically every month at $49 (plus any tax that applies) and charges the card you used at checkout, until you cancel. Your renewal date is the same day of the month you signed up. If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
How to cancel
- Online, any time: open the dashboard, choose Manage or cancel, then Cancel subscription. It takes about a minute and you don't need to talk to anyone.
- By email: if you can't get into the dashboard (for example, you lost your license key), email info@agentivx.ai from the address you checked out with and write "Cancel my FollowUp Pro subscription." We'll cancel it within one business day and confirm by email.
Cancelling stops all future charges. Pro stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, then your account moves to the free Starter plan. Nothing else is required.
Refunds
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
- Forgot to cancel? If a monthly renewal goes through and you email us within 7 days of that charge, we'll refund the renewal and cancel your plan.
- Billing mistakes. Duplicate charges, charges after you cancelled, and any other billing error are always refunded in full.
- Outside those cases, we don't refund partial months. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.
Reminders
After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation with your price, renewal terms, and how to cancel. Once a year, we also email a reminder of your plan, price, and how to cancel.
Done-For-You install ($499, one time)
Done-For-You is a service: we build the follow-up automation in accounts you own. Because it's work we do in stages, refunds are based on what's been finished. The $499 covers three stages:

If you cancel
- Before your kickoff call: full refund of $499.
- After kickoff: we keep payment only for the stages we've finished and refund the rest. A stage counts as finished when we've completed it and told you so by email. For example, if you cancel after the kickoff call and build plan, you get $349 back.
- After hand-off: the work is delivered and no refund is due.
To cancel, email info@agentivx.ai. We'll confirm the stages finished and send your refund within 5 business days.
If something we built doesn't work
For 14 days after hand-off, we fix anything we built that doesn't work as described, at no charge. If we can't make it work, we refund the stages affected. If we can't complete the install for reasons on our side, we refund every stage we haven't finished.
If the project stalls
If you don't book a kickoff within 60 days of paying, or we're waiting on access we need from you for more than 60 days, we'll check in. After 90 days without a response we may close the project and refund any stages we haven't started.
Other providers
Fees charged by other services you use with the install, such as n8n, Apollo, or Google Workspace, are billed by those companies under their own terms, and we can't refund them.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first. Most billing questions are fixed the same day, and a refund from us reaches you faster than a bank dispute.
