Privacy Policy
AgentivX Solutions, LLC ("AgentivX," "we") runs FollowUp Agent. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and who helps us run the Service. Questions go to info@agentivx.ai or AgentivX Solutions, LLC, 2847 Aiden Way, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774.
The short version
- Your outreach CSV is read and processed in your browser. It isn't uploaded to us, and we never see it.
- We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.
- We keep only what we need to bill you, deliver your license, and answer you.
What stays in your browser
The contacts in your CSV, the call list built from them, and your exports stay on your computer. Your browser also stores your Pro license key and the result of its last plan check, so you stay signed in to Pro. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
What passes through our server
Pro enrichment. When you run Apollo enrichment, your browser sends the names, companies, and LinkedIn URLs on your call list, plus your Apollo API key, to our server, which forwards them to Apollo and returns the matches. This is needed because Apollo doesn't accept these requests directly from a browser. We don't store or log the contacts, the results, or your key. Apollo handles that request under its own terms and privacy policy, through your Apollo account.
License checks. Your browser sends your license key to our server, which asks Stripe whether the subscription is active.
What we collect
- Billing details when you buy a plan: your name, email, billing address, and payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Emails we send you (your license key, restore links, receipts) and messages you send us.
- Done-For-You intake answers you give us after buying an install, such as your company, phone, and the tools you use.
- Voice calls you start with our AI receptionist. These are handled by our voice providers (Vapi and Twilio) and may be recorded and transcribed so we can answer your question and follow up.
- Basic usage and server logs, such as pages visited, browser type, and IP address, collected by our host for security and to see which pages are used. Our analytics don't use cookies.
Who helps us run the Service
- Vercel hosts the Service and provides page analytics.
- Stripe processes payments and stores subscription records.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Apollo performs enrichment you request, through your own account.
- Vapi and Twilio handle voice calls you start.
Each processes data only to provide its part of the Service, under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally seven years). Support emails and intake details are kept while you're a customer and for up to two years after. Server logs roll off on our host's normal schedule.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@agentivx.ai. Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, or the EU and UK), you may have further rights, and we'll honor them. We'll answer within 30 days. Some billing records can't be deleted until the legal retention period ends.
Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Secrets such as payment keys stay on our server and are never sent to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, but keeping your CSV out of our systems in the first place is the biggest protection we offer.
Children
The Service is for business use and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll post it here and email Pro subscribers.
